Local Plan :- Overton

To the Local Plan Committee,

I would like to comment as follows:-

1. Development site.

I would have thought there are better sites in and around Overton that would be more appropriate for development. The Overton Mill Site known locally as Portals Mill is reached by either single track roads or from Overton over a single track bridge then onto the winding, narrow road from Overton to Kingsclere.

2. Travellers site.

I would have thought a better site would be near a large town where there are more readily available amenities for the travellers to access.

I have not commented on other Towns/villages development as I think they are more pertinent to the local population,
