Please see attached our response to Basingstoke and Deane Council's Regulation 18 Local Plan consultation on behalf of Leaper Land and Hathor Property.

The response outlines a Masterplan Framework for a residential development east of Aldermaston Road in Pamber Green, proposing up to 50 dwellings with a mix of custom build homes alongside public open space. Our response details the site's suitability, highlighting its connectivity, local demand for custom-build housing, and alignment with government policies. It critiques Draft Policy HSG7 for its approach to custom and self-build housing, suggesting revisions to better support the sector and foster a diverse housing mix.
